Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Not be marked as final sale or clearance
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Faulty items
- Incorrect items sent
Please contact us before returning your item to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
